Previously  we said that the 47 processes of Project Management are divided into five (5) major process groups. In addition to that, the 47 processes are also grouped into 10 separate knowledge areas. These are:

2. Project Cost Management

3. Project time Management

4. Project Quality Management

5. Project Communications Management

6. Project Stakeholders Management

7. Project Risk Management

8. Project Procurement Management

9. Project Human Resource Management

10. Project Integration Management
