The third process group of Project Management is called Executing which involves eight (8) processes used for carrying out the project activities defined in the project management plan in order to satisfy project specifications and meet stakeholders' expectations. The executing stage requires coordination of people and resources.

Note that in the executing stage, changes may happen in activity's duration, availability of resources, productivity or unanticipated risks. If that is the case, then the project management plan will be reviewed and probably another baseline will be created.
